Welcome Jennifer Kleiman!

The Mathematics Educator is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Kleiman as our new co-editor. Jennifer brings a unique perspective to TME, combining a strong foundation in mathematics and coding with a keen interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and mathematics education.
Jennifer holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from Purdue University. Her professional journey, which includes extensive SWE experience in the employee benefits industry, has led her to pursue doctoral studies in Mathematics Education at the University of Georgia. Her current research explores innovative applications of AI in mathematics education, including the use of multimodal LLMs for analyzing educational video content, investigating how LLMs can be leveraged to enhance critical thinking in mathematics classrooms, and exploring community buidling around AI ethics and AI literacy.
As we welcome Jennifer to the editorial team, we also extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing editor, Anna Bloodworth. Anna's contributions to TME have been significant, and we are grateful for her dedicated service throughout her tenure.
